Job purpose

Responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources

Duties and responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist in the hiring process; job posting and phone screens
  • Conduct new hire orientations, enter information into Paycor
  • Track performance appraisals and preparing pay change memos
  • Respond to employment verifications to include PRIA request
  • Maintain the benefit website and ensure the insurance billing is correct each month
  • Assist employees with benefit questions including STD and FMLA
  • Order and track services awards and arrange the celebrations
  • Maintain the reward program
  • Maintain compliance; EEO1, MIS and 401K audit
  • Maintain the drug and alcohol program
  • All other duties assigned


Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to communicate effectively. Must be able to multitask and be a self-motivated, organized individual. College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment.
