Build up systems for testing product. Debug and fix whats broken from component to system leveldevelop and implement test solutionstest and report your findings... Documentation such as Assembly Drawings BoMs Wiring Diagrams ATPs etc.. All the while interfacing with employees spanning the company from corporate quality to manufacturing to production to development and much more!
This role to include a transition to lab management duties. Are you detail oriented understand lab equipment requirements and know how to deal with different needs for each project being run in the lab?

As a member of the test group you will help create debug process for products create boundary scan test vectors test procedures and troubleshooting guide lines for operation technicians. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with development and implementation of test fixtures test equipment and test procedures for new designs transitioning from Engineering to Production. You will also participate with sustaining improving deploying and expanding the test equipment and methods for products already in production. Your efforts will also include testing and debugging of satellite communications products at the board and system level.
+ 5+ years experience troubleshooting complex analog and digital circuitry
+ Experience working with Logic Analyzers Network Analyzers Spectrum analyzers and other related equipment required for test and debug.
+ Good working knowledge of MS Office for documentation creation and modification
+ Ability to debug product and test station failures down to component level
+ Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
+ US government position. US citizenship required.
+ Up to 10% domestic travel
+ Previous Lab Manager experience
+ Hands on experience building up test stations
+ Good documentation skills-ATPs Assembly Drawings Wiring Diagrams etc.
+ High Aptitude for learning new things.
+ Not opposed to learning and doing things outside your comfort zone.
