Key Responsibilities will include:

o Providing excellent customer service to passengers, visitors and crew alike in accordance with company policy, airport protocol and our health and safety policy
o Meeting, greeting and assisting passengers arriving for flights or disembarking from flights
o Meeting and greeting chauffeurs who drop off or who are picking up passengers
o Escorting vehicles airside to and from aircraft
o Completing passport, customs, SB and immigration formalities where required in accordance with local airport restrictions and company policy
o Raising and processing invoices and collecting appropriate payment from customers
o Providing assistance to crews and liaising with ground handling services
o Speaking confidently and clearly over the company radio frequency
o Maintaining the passenger reception, lounge and staff kitchen in a clean and efficient fashion, providing complimentary refreshments and an excellent service to its users
o Collection and delivery of newspapers, magazines, ice and paperwork to aircraft if requested
o Transporting passengers/crews to/from airport terminal, railway station and local hotels where requested
o Being aware and ensuring that health and safety requirements are met
o Assisting with month to month reporting closing of paperwork for month end

Role Requirements:

Educated to A-Levels with a minimum of C grades or equivalent
Full and clean driving licence
Have strong customer service skills and be a team player
Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
Ability to work both office based and out on the ramp
Have excellent personal presentation
Required Core Competencies:

PC literate
Good time keeping
Good communication skills
Flexibility in working hours
