Sales Assistant Duties
Entry level sales position responsible for assisting the Sales Department. Duties include but are not limited to:
Additions cancellations and changes to the company aircraft schedule. Preparing contracts coordinating details of flights post flight customer satisfaction measures. Inter-company communication as it relates to the planning phase of charter flights. Analyzing block times and airport capabilities for Champion aircraft. Other duties as assigned.
Duties specific to the Department of Defense program:
Monitor GOPAX Transfer trip info to internal tracking database Submit bids Coordinate trip requirements with internal MG departments Backup for bid process if Manager-Sales is out Assist Finance on billing process as needed Assist Ground Ops on fuel landing ...
