Charter Operations Specialist Duties

Job Location: Purchase NY



Job Purpose:
Ensure commercial and AMC charter customers comply with contractual requirements. Proactively resolve issues before aircraft ferry into position. Verify invoice accuracy and prepare code sheets for approval by designated approvers for invoices processed within the CBU. Manage the AMC reimbursable process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of contact for the commercial charter customers after contracting
Advise charter customers of contractual requirements and AAWW station contacts
Work with commercial charter customers to ensure cargo is prepared based on our specifications
Work with AMC to facilitate charters to new destinations
