Travel Coordinator Duties

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service arranging all crew movements to/from training facilities arranging details of client trips including passenger - crew ground transportation and maintaining up to date travel profiles for EJM employees and crew members. Travel Coordinators log cost savings and/or deviations from cost saving opportunities related to air car and hotels avoid no-show charges and negotiate unavoidable no-show charges when possible. Travel Coordinators maintain and reconcile credit card logs and serve as liaison with sister company NetJets to optimize cost savings opportunities at high frequency EJM destinations.
