Brief Job Description: The Customer Relations Representative will accept the responsibility of promoting a positive and productive relationship with AirTran Airways Crew Members and passengers. The Representative must be goal oriented and flexible in accepting assignments. Responsibilities may include support for Fight Interruption Call Center Operations or Written Correspondence. Serves as a customer advocate in the decision making process while maintaining AirTran Airways’ goals.
