Customer Relations Irregular Operations Specialist Duties
Brief Job Description: Individuals joining the Irregular Operations Desk will accept the responsibility of promoting a positive and productive relationship with AirTran Crew Members and customers. Specialists are accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Irregular Operations Desk including meeting service objectives and maintaining an effective and efficient operation. Must be goal oriented and flexible in accepting assignments this position requires periodic travel to field locations. Scheduling flexibility is required including nights weekends and holidays based on schedule awarded.
