Trainer - Air Transportation Supervisor (ATS)
Basic Function
Conduct competency checks for Flight Attendants and Dispatchers. An Air Transportation Supervisor may also be a Flight Attendant authorized to perform Flight Attendant Operating Experience. The Trainer - ATS reports to the Director of Training.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the courseware required to support Training Curriculum Segments and Modules that they are authorized to teach.
Develop and maintain the courseware required to support the Indoctrination Training of all Skybus Employees.
Plan and ensure adequate resources to meet the training requirements of Skybus.
Maintain instructional performance standards.
