Qualifications
The candidate must have demonstrated superior leadership and communication skills personal initiative results oriented approach and success in an ambiguous work environment. Strong financial/project management skills required as well as the ability to define elements define solutions and work up process for delivering service. The candidate must excel at quickly defining project scope developing thoroughly considered program/project plans identifying required resources risks and risk mitigation plans and aggressively and successfully execute complex program/projects. Experience with planning tools such as Excel MS Project and others required including excellent modeling skills.
