Finish Technician Duties

Finish Technician - 1st or 2nd Shift
The principal duties of the position include the following:

Ability to work scheduled shift
Keep work area clean and safe
Work with a team in order to accomplish an established goal
Ability to prep various substrates (plastic aluminum wood)
Familiar with various finishes (polyurethane lacquer enamel and stains)
Familiar with proper masking techniques
Ability to do high build high gloss veneer finishers with some supervision
Repair damaged interior panels as directed by the shop Team Leader

The qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year paint/finish experience; strong attention to detail; and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Finish Shop Team Lead...
