Specialist Uniform and Appearance Duties

Requirements

I. Position Summary:

The Specialist is accountable for the proper fitting and order placement of the uniform items for Crewmembers. The Specialist supports the cities by educating the management team and BlueCity Crews on Company Appearance Standards.

II. Essential Functions:

• Attend and conduct fittings for new hire classes
• Monitor and alert Crewmembers for anniversary uniform allowance shopping which occurs each month
• Assess station budgets for quarterly uniform spending
• Assist Crewmembers daily in regards to uniform transaction and ordering processes
• Work closely with our Business Partner for better results from our Information Technology (IT) ordering systems
