Requirements I. Position Summary: The Supervisor oversees all aspects of customer service operations including Customer check-in tagging baggage boarding of flights loading of baggage connecting Customers irregular operations cleaning of aircraft and meeting arriving flights. The Supervisor also provides leadership and technical support to Customer Service Crewmembers as well as foster growth and development based on the JetBlue values while providing excellent customer service.
