Simulator Program Manager Duties
SUMMARY
As a part of the flight training management team schedules and coordinates flight simulator instruction. This is a non-flying position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage conduct and evaluate pilot simulator instruction.
Execute and revise curriculum in coordination with the flight training department for BE1900 BE99 and PA31.
Schedule regular simulator maintenance and repairs.
Deliver initial and recurrent simulator and ground training as necessary to ensure the candidate’s success in Ameriflight’s FAR 135 training programs.
Recruit train and supervise simulator instructors.
Deliver training for simulator instructors.
