POSITION SUMMERY:
Plan and direct the development of the training programs to meet the requirements and needs for the Training and Customer Service departments. This will include ongoing needs assessment and curriculum development. Monitor effectiveness of the training programs needed to support approved regulatory and company policy. Provide direction and leadership to the Station Operations Training staff and departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership for staff trainers as they conduct FAA DOT regulated training and all division training required by the Customer Service Division.
