Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. (CPLP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways with separate profit and loss responsibilities. It has been set up to manage Cathay Pacific’s loyalty programmes, its loyalty marketing strategy and partner relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager, your chief mandate is to formulate the programme communications and marketing capabilities for The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles, encompassing both offline and online channels.
