Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Manager Customer Service Ground Operations A in our Customer Service division in the Ground Operations department. This is a full time position located at Indianapolis Indiana.

Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing productivity levels for assigned employees maintaining cost controls ensuring availability of equipment and supplies and attaining all operating goals. This person provides direction to assigned area and is accountable for all activities at the station.
