Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Manager Customer Service Ground Operations in our Customer Service division of the Ground Operations department. This is a full time position located in Saginaw Michigan.
Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing productivity levels for assigned employees maintaining cost controls ensuring availability of equipment and supplies and attaining all operating goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 years customer service experience 1-2 years supervisory experience 6-12 months line operations experience.
