In-Flight Supervisor Duties
Brief Job Description:
The In-flight Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of the In-flight product monitoring overall performance of a team of Flight Attendants and supporting and achieving departmental goals
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-going performance evaluations of individual Flight Attendants.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures (Federal Aviation Regulations manual compliance etc.)
Enforcement of company policies
Consistently performing appearance checks to ensure compliance with uniform guidelines
Monitor lost time by conducting attendance reviews prior to the FA’s next trip
Perform Flight Attendant Manual checks
Complete check rides to monitor delivery of In-flight product
