Job#: CMP/KO Position Overview: Under general guidance and direction of the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, designs, develops, implements and manages competitive compensation programs linked to company objectives in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. These programs include base pay, management incentive, sales incentive, variable pay, nontraditional performance awards and executive compensation.
