City Manager Duties

Responsibilities:
City Manager will be responsible for all phases of station operation including training budgeting reporting supervising and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Essential Functions:
Supervise all phases of station customer service and operations.
Supervise company and/ or contracted employees.
Train station staff in all phases of the operation.
Complete and submit station reports as directed by the Regional Directors.
Complete and submit budgets and justifications as directed.
Complete all paperwork as required by the HR Department.
Provide technical guidance and interpret company and local policies and procedures
Analyze and evaluate station operating performance and correct or recommend corrective action
