The principal duties of the position include the following:

Efficiently supervise the assigned production activity on the shop floor; Coordinate the proper application of manpower for each job in order to satisfy the scheduling requirements; Ensure that all completed assigned tasks have been inspected in accordance with the repair station manual; Ensure that all team members have tooling and materials needed to accomplish assigned task in a timely manner to maximize efficiencies; Maintain a clean neat safe and professional working environment; Lead employees by example; Assist employees with troubleshooting/administrative problems that arise; Ensure customer communication for all assigned shop activity; Participate in meetings with key cross departmental personnel in order to coor...
