Reports To: VP Quality and Manufacturing



Purpose:

Manages the Quality Compliance department ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained through Quality Management System compliance and improvement and by performing comprehensive and thorough verification and validation activities. Monitors product and process performance analyzes performance data and facilitates the continual improvement of the organization. Ensures overall customer satisfaction by managing all organizational and customer-specific quality-related reports as requested.
