IT & Facilities Coordinator Duties
Position Location: Peachtree City, GA
Position Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to be the focal point for customer service (information flow) between the employees and contractors of the different sections & departments with in World Airways and the different sections with in the Information Technology and Facilities Departments.
1) Provide IT help desk assistance to all our customers:
a) Provide first line problem resolution for help desk calls/walk ups/e-mail’s
b) Maintain log of reported problems
c) If unable to correct the issue refer it to appropriate section for resolution
d) Page appropriate personnel when time critical issues need to be addressed
