Requirements

I. Position Summary:

The Trainer conducts Dispatcher Initial Ground Training Recurrent Training Special Emphasis Training Pre-qualification Training and other training as required. The Trainer interfaces with Learning Development staff at JetBlue University. In addition the Trainer assists the Manager Dispatch Training and Compliance in creating and maintaining an industry leading Dispatcher Training Program.

II. Essential Functions:

• Prepares conducts and schedules Dispatcher Initial and Recurrent training
• Coordinates emphasis items and practice scenarios to be included in the training program
• Attends industry conferences in order to keep the material current
