REPORTS TO: Manager Architecture Team

The Senior Database Administrator (DBA) manages the physical data stores for the enterprise. This includes working with development teams to put processes and procedures in place to create new databases replicate data across platforms monitor and manage the databases in production perform tuning and SQL analysis provide space estimates and grant data level access privileges.
The Senior DBA designs implements and supports moderate size and complex enterprise projects with minimal supervision. This position requires solid knowledge about the specific database platform(s).
