Our AvDOCS Editors have keen eyes to help us create superior Manuals for Pilots and other aviation personnel. These are great positions to utilize your Computer skills and Technical Writing abilities to the maximum.
Job Description: Edit and create files utilizing department tools including but not limited to Adobe Products (FrameMaker+SGML and Illustrator). Verify the structural accuracy and integrity of the content within an electronic file (to be preformed within Astoria our content management system). Analyze and correct SGML parsing errors. Proofread documents for accuracy of content based on directions given. Perform quality checks of fellow team member´s work and provides feedback accordingly.
