Candidate will be primarily responsible for mentoring C++ development teams in TDD (test-driven development). Able to design code test and debug highly complex software. Candidate will provide strategic direction to the organization and the candidate must extremely well-versed in OO design.

Coaches and mentors teams in Refactoring automated acceptance testing and continuous integration (CI). Works hands-on with teams; pairs with developers and QA. Provides occasional classroom training. Interacts on a continual basis with entire project teams all levels of management and customers.
