JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing operational support to management and airport customer service agents consistent with the requirements of company policy and regulations set by the FAA. Must be able to provide communication with internal and external customers posing professionalism integrity and performance excellence. Leading by example and motivating team members to achieve results while managing people fairly and with respect is required.
