Requirements
You must be customer service oriented and able to interact with customers and fellow employees in a professional manner.
You must be able to assist customers needing special assistance including the boarding and deplaning of non-ambulatory special assist passengers between the passenger’s seat and the aircraft threshold, assisting, boarding and deplaning unaccompanied minors.
You must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which include assisting passengers and the lifting of up to 70lbs. (Duties vary among airport positions but may involve regular lifting of bags weighing up to 70 lbs.).
