High school diploma or G.E.D. Prior training experience. Hold a current FAA mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Power plant ratings. Outstanding platform and presentation skills. Research background in a corporate or academic environment. Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, both orally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes. Must be able to balance priorities, demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure. Possess good interpersonal and coaching skills.
