Lead A-P Technician Duties
The Lead Avionics Technician position is responsible for coordinating the assignment of personnel and ensuring the completion of avionics maintenance in accordance with company policies and the FAR's.
Responsibilities:
Assists the avionics manager in daily planning technician assignments to cover the workload.
Assists the avionics manager with customer briefings and other communications as directed.
Assists the avionics manager with meeting scheduling deadlines.
Monitors on-going maintenance report production difficulties assist technicians with peculiar maintenance discrepancies.
Performs avionics troubleshooting and repairs.
Works as liaison between technicians and vendors as required.
